All Genragous subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the user cancels prior to the renewal date. Users are solely responsible for managing their subscription settings, including cancellations.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date in your account settings.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered eligible unless otherwise required by applicable law.
