Enterprise-grade terms governing your use of the Genragous platform. Please read carefully before accessing our services.
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
01 Definitions
- "Company" refers to My Peaceful Perspective LLC.
- "Platform" refers to Genragous.
- "User" refers to any individual accessing the Platform.
- "Mentor" refers to a User approved for monetization.
- "Content" includes text, videos, images, audio, messages, comments, and metadata.
- "Monetization Program" refers to the ad revenue sharing system.
- "Artificial Engagement" includes bots, purchased views, coordinated manipulation, or fraudulent amplification.
- "Restricted Region" means any territory restricted due to sanctions, war, regulatory exposure, or Company discretion.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Genragous, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, agree to binding arbitration, waive class action rights, and consent to monitoring and moderation.
⚠️ If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
03 Eligibility
- Minimum age to use the Platform: 13 years old
- Minimum age to become a Mentor: 18 years old
- Platform is available globally — Company may restrict access in any region at its sole discretion
- We may request government-issued ID at any time; failure to verify identity may result in suspension
04 Account Authority
- We may suspend, terminate, shadow-ban, demonetize, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice
- No user has a right to continued access
- We may modify, remove, or discontinue any features at any time
05 Content Moderation & Platform Control
Pre-Moderation
All content may be reviewed before publication. We reserve full editorial control over publication, removal, visibility ranking, algorithmic distribution, and monetization eligibility.
Prohibited Content
- Hate speech, harassment, and abusive language
- Fraud and artificial engagement
- Promotion of violence
- Exploitation of minors
- Repeated negativity campaigns
We are not obligated to explain moderation decisions.
06 Messaging & Monitoring
- Messages are NOT end-to-end encrypted
- Administrators may access and review all messages
- Messages cannot be deleted or unsent
- Message data retained during account life + 12 months post-deletion
⚠️ Users have no expectation of privacy regarding communications on the Platform.
07 Intellectual Property
All platform code, branding, systems, and design belong exclusively to the Company. Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- Host, reproduce, and distribute content
- Promote and advertise content
- Modify and create derivative works
Downloads are permitted for personal use only. Commercial reuse is prohibited without prior written authorization.
08 Monetization Program
Eligibility Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain a minimum of 10,000 subscribers
- Generate at least 500,000 views within the most recent 30-day period
- Publish original video content of at least 1 minute in length
- Have no active policy violations
- Reside outside of any Restricted Region

Minimum Withdrawal
$1,000 USD
Maximum per 24 Hours
$5,000 USD
Suspension & Clawback
We may withhold earnings, reverse payments, permanently forfeit revenue, or remove monetization access for artificial engagement, policy violations, regulatory risk, payment processor disputes, or brand safety concerns.
Mentors are independent contractors. No employment relationship exists. Mentors are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
09 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before the billing date
- A 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase
- Pricing may change at any time
- Company may modify or discontinue subscription tiers at its discretion
10 Face Verification
Facial recognition may be used for monetization identity verification only.
- Biometric data is deleted after verification is complete
- No biometric profiling is conducted
- Biometric data is never sold or transferred to third parties
11 Professional Advice Disclaimer
Genragous does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Any content shared on the platform is informational only, does not create any professional relationship, and is used at the user’s own risk.
⚠️ The Company disclaims all liability for decisions made based on user-generated content on the Platform.
12 Minor Safety & Crisis Policy
Genragous allows users aged 13+ and has implemented strong safeguards including message monitoring, content pre-moderation, reporting tools, and abuse detection systems.
Zero Tolerance
- Exploitation of minors in any form
- Grooming behavior or inappropriate contact with minors
- Sexual content involving minors
Violations will be reported to appropriate legal authorities where required by law.
If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately. Genragous does not provide medical, legal, or psychological services.
13 Advertising & Analytics
- Third-party advertisements may be displayed on the Platform
- Behavioral targeting may occur based on your activity
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers
- Analytics tools may track user engagement and usage patterns
14 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted operation
- Platform security or freedom from errors
- Accuracy of any content on the Platform
- Any specific level of earnings or monetization results
15 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for user content, advice shared on the platform, lost profits, indirect damages, data loss, or account termination.
Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user to Genragous in the previous 12 months.
16 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your violations of these Terms, or your monetization activity on the Platform.
17 Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, government sanctions, natural disasters, government action, or critical infrastructure failure.
18 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York
- All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in New York
- No class action lawsuits are permitted under these Terms
- Small claims court is available as a carve-out exception
19 Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Genragous after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
